Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Rates

• Free Standard Shipping on Canadian orders of CAD $75 or more (before taxes).
• Orders under CAD $75 are subject to a flat shipping rate of CAD $12.
• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

Canada: 3–9 business days after dispatch

United States: 5–10 business days

International: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

J76 Bamboo Wear is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, please email us at info@j76cw.com, and we'll be happy to help investigate the shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. J76 Bamboo Wear is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned and needs to be re-shipped.
