Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on orders over $75 (before tax) within Canada.

• For orders under $75, a flat rate shipping fee applies at checkout.

• Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Delivery Time

• Canada: 3–9 business days after dispatch
• USA: 7–14 business days
• International: 10–21 business days

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages
