Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with J76 Bamboo Wear. Please review the following conditions before requesting a return or exchange.

Returns and Exchanges

Eligible regular-priced items may be returned within 21 days of delivery for:

  • A refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit
  • An exchange

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. J76 Bamboo Wear does not provide prepaid return labels, including for exchanges.

For exchanges, customers are also responsible for any price difference and the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Item Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Free from fragrances, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, or other signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Final-Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Underwear and other intimate items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional shipping costs or price differences related to an exchange.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. J76 Bamboo Wear is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, delayed, or undelivered in transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Incorrect or Defective Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, email us within 30 days of delivery at info@j76cw.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and its tags

We will review your request and provide further instructions.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Before mailing an item, please email info@j76cw.com with your order number and return or exchange request.

Do not mail a return before receiving confirmation and return instructions from us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow approximately 2~5 business days for your exchange or store credit to be processed.
